A lot of the times you will find chewed up wires or holes inside the walls which have been created by squirrels; that is because squirrels have teeth which grow their entire lives. The chewing of solid materials assist the squirrel keeps your teeth a specific size. If the squirrel did not look after its teeth in this way, then your teeth would get too long making it impossible because of it to eat.

Squirrels collect food year-round, however they will be more active in their food collecting process inside fall ahead of the winter months.
